Hotel Indigo Athens is a boutique hotel development created by Rialto Property Partners. Located five blocks from the University of Georgia’s campus, this InterContinental Hotels Group boutique property features 130 eco-luxury guestrooms and opens late summer 2009. The building is anticipated to be among the first few hotels in the Southeast region to achieve LEED® Gold-Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.
