Licensed as a real estate broker since 1979, Mr. Fine formed Rialto Property Partners, LLC (RPP) in 2001 to serve a unique segment of the real estate industry, and to compliment the company's various development activities. Prior to forming RPP, Mr. Fine was Chairman of InfoCure Corporation, a multi million dollar international healthcare software and services firm, listed on the Nasdaq National Market. Mr. Fine was a founder of InfoCure, serving in various capacities as Chairman of the Board, President and CEO. During Mr. Fine's tenure, the company completed two public offerings, executed a tax-free spin out of a newly created public company from the operations of InfoCure (PracticeWorks), and raised over $200 million in equity and debt financing. Additionally, InfoCure successfully executed 35 acquisitions, and became one of the largest companies in the U.S. in its respective market, while achieving revenue growth from $19 million to over $220 million annually.
During Mr. Fine's tenure at InfoCure (now known as AMICAS: Nasdaq:AMCS), the company created one of the largest dental technology firms in the world (formerly known as PracticeWorks and subsequently Kodak Dental Systems).
Mr. Fine brings over 26 years of successful business experience that has helped create over $1 billion in market value to business partners, investors, customers and employees.
Mr. Fine also is CEO of Rialto Capital Partners LLC, an investment and asset management firm and serves on the Advisory Board of Mensura Capital, LLC, an Atlanta based merchant banking and financial services company.
Mr. Fine is licensed to practice real estate brokerage in Colorado, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), The National Association of Realtors, The Atlanta Board of Commercial Realtors, The Recording Academy®, and is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Economics.

Barry Rutherford

Barry Rutherford joined Rialto Property Partners after spending twenty four years with The Coca-Cola Company. Mr. Rutherford brings a wealth of experience in client management, business development, marketing and communication. Mr. Rutherford directed over $80 million in revenue for The Coca-Cola Company as a National Account Executive in the Customer Alliance Marketing Group for Coca-Cola's North America Division. His responsibilities included managing key customers in the travel industry, including AirTran Airways, American Airlines, Continental Airlines, Northwest Airlines, Southwest Airlines, and US Airways. Additionally, Mr. Rutherford spent over five years managing two of the largest global hotel chains-InterContinental Hotels Group and Choice Hotels International, delivering in excess of $96 million in annual profits to these two companies.
Mr. Rutherford supports Rialto in key areas of business development and is responsible reviewing new business opportunities as well as supporting our existing projects.
Mr. Rutherford is a graduate of The University of Georgia with a BBA in Marketing and is a licensed to practice real estate in the State of Georgia.

Anna George

Anna George joined Rialto Property Partners in March 2006 and currently oversees operations and real estate development planning. Prior to coming to Rialto Property Partners, Anna worked with the City of Hapeville, at which time Anna oversaw public and private sector investment in the City's downtown district under the Department of Economic Development and Planning. Anna also facilitated a variety of special projects and needs throughout the City and most notably served as Project Manager of the City's 2005 award winning Town Center Master Plan.
Anna graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Clemson University. She also holds a Masters in City and Regional Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and is a licensed Realtor in the State of Georgia and South Carolina. Anna is a founding member of the Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU) Atlanta Chapter and is a member of Phi Kappa Phi. Anna is currently pursuing LEED AP certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Amy Hibler joined Rialto Property Partners after receiving her MBA in Marketing from Goizueta Business School at Emory University. She oversees public relations, community outreach and sustainability initiatives for the firm. Her previous experience includes marketing management for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and creative consulting for Brighthouse in Atlanta, as well as business development for two architecture firms in Philadelphia.
Ms. Hibler serves as Rialto's Corporate Sustainability Officer. While at IHG, she was part of the management team that launched Chase the Extraordinary, a program created to establish responsible environmental, social and business practices in over 200 hotels. Some of CTE's results include $2.29M projected annual energy savings, 7,800 employee hours volunteered to charitable causes and 24,766 acres of forest spared. Amy is also actively involved with organizations that promote sustainable business, including Net Impact and Design 21's Social Design Network (in partnership with UNESCO). She is currently pursuing LEED AP certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
Ms. Hibler also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated with honors Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 2000. |
